Who has the final say on the quote?
Always someone on your team. AI does the legwork: it measures the drawing, counts the furniture and builds the list across the eleven take-off categories. Floor area, freight, electrical and cleaning come back ready to use; carpentry and glazing are flagged, because they depend on detail the drawing doesn't always show. Your estimator reviews, adjusts and approves, and only then does the proposal move forward.
Does the sales rep have to learn a new system?
No. They open the brief on WhatsApp however they like: typing or sending a voice note right after the meeting. The Agent chats with them, understands what came in and asks for whatever is missing, until it has everything the process needs to start. The request is created complete, with nobody filling out a form.
Will the agent nag my team all day?
